$200 Refundable Security/Damage (per pet) will be paid prior to move-in. Additionally, there is a $20/month pet fee (per pet). Renters with pets must carry renter’s insurance.

Tenants are required to provide health and wellness records, such as immunization/vaccination records, for any pet.

Due to stipulations in our insurance policy, the following animals are not allowed to be at our properties: Pit Bulls, Staffordshire terriers, Dobermans, Rottweilers, Chows, Great Danes, Perro de Presa Canario, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, German shepherds, Siberian Huskies, Wolf Hybrids.

Permissible with a written order from the tenant’s physician. The pet fee is waived for these animals. Tenants with a pet and/or service/companion/ESA animal must demonstrate they have insurance to cover property damage and/or injury to fellow tenants.

PETSCREENING IS A PART OF THE APPLICATION PROCESS FOR ALL APPLICANTS.

A welcoming environment is paramount to all of our residents. To help ensure ALL of our residents understand our pet and animal-related policies, we use a third-party screening service and require everyone to complete a pet profile, a “no pet” profile, or request accommodation for an assistance animal. This process ensures we have formalized pet and animal-related policy acknowledgments and more accurate records to create greater mutual accountability. If you are unable to complete a profile online and need help please contact your housing provider.
